Our Quality Policy
The undersigned RUIN LUCIANO as Legal Representative and General Manager (DIGE) of the company, has established, in the company directives, to consider Quality as a determining element for:
– improve the service rendered to its customers, both producers and buyers;
– increase its competitiveness towards competitors;
– reduce overall operating costs.
Among the possible ways to achieve and maintain a high level of Quality, the management has chosen to improve its corporate organization in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and the laws (Reg. CE 852/04) and provisions that regulate the sector following the guidelines for continuous improvement ISO 9004.
Furthermore, the company intends to determine the context analysis, the definition of the interested parties and the actions to face the risks and opportunities as foreseen by the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
Obviously, the constant commitment to aim at achieving the economic results and commercial development necessary for the economic stability and development of Ruin Luciano is worth.
All personnel are informed that Ruin Luciano intends to take the following objectives as a line of the Quality Policy:
the satisfaction of the explicit and implicit expectations of the Customer understood as:
Quality of the service provided, i.e. display of fruit and vegetables at its stand and commercial contact with the buyer customer;
Respect for the correct storage conditions of fruit and vegetables at the market structure and inside the owned cold rooms;
– the achievement and maintenance of constant success in the market with the pursuit of a continuous search for new customers, buyers and producers;
-the minimization of non-compliant fruit and vegetable products received by producers through a suitably studied analysis program;
-the reduction of complaints received from customers for reasons related to the quality of the products delivered;
-constant attention to the training needs of Company personnel;
the diffusion of the self-control philosophy in the various stages of production to minimize the dangers associated with fruit and vegetables;
-a constant improvement of information technologies for business management;
-a continuous commitment to the search for greater food security for fruit and vegetables received and put on the market.
The undersigned has primary responsibility for the realization of these objectives and delegates this responsibility:
to the Quality Service Manager (RSQ) for the preparation of the Company Quality Management System (QMS) and the Hygienic and Self-Control System and to verify its adequacy, who will draw up periodic Quality Status Reports (MRC.01.04 ) at least annually, with the proposals for Corrective Actions (AC) and Preventive Actions (AP) highlighted. The RSQ will also have the responsibilities foreseen by the company job description;
to the Production Director (DIPO) of the Company for the implementation of the Company Quality Management System (QMS), who is committed to presenting me with a Report, at least every six months and agreed with the Quality Service Manager (RSQ), on any deviations from the objectives decided. The DIPO will also have primary responsibility for the work performed by the RL, in addition to other responsibilities identified in the company job description.
